Surface Tension

This high fashion editorial spread, Forces of Nature, was created in collaboration with the FITS: Fashion, Innovation, Trendsetting, and Styling Community Organization at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. It highlights the intricacies of nature and the ways in which they imitate art and form specifically in the sense of fashion. In this series we looked into the thematic relationships of the coastal earth; drawing inspiration from concepts of gravitational pulls, natural erosion and decay, as well as underlying elements of surface tension. Our goal was to create a push and pull narrative sequence with the models and fashion pieces in the tides of Cayucos.
